Welcome to the Foundations of Living Wholeness course. This is the essential starting point for anyone seeking to understand and apply the Christian Wholeness Framework (CWF) – a model that integrates biblical truth, psychological insight, and relational wisdom for lasting healing and transformation.

Whether you’re a caregiver, ministry leader, counsellor, or simply someone desiring to walk more intentionally with others, this course lays the foundational building blocks for engaging in healing work. At the same time, it’s a deeply personal journey—a chance to pause, reflect, and experience God’s restorative work in your own life as you learn to support others.


Course Goals

  • Understand the core principles of the Christian Wholeness Framework
  • Explore the biblical and relational foundations for healing and transformation
  • Apply the 5 steps and 5 Shapes to your transformation journey
  • Learn to create safe, supportive environments for growth and restoration
  • Reflect on your own journey toward wholeness and resilience
  • Gain tools to walk alongside others in trauma-informed, spiritually integrated ways

Course Structure

This is a 26-unit course over six weeks, structured for both personal reflection and group engagement. Each unit includes:

  • Teaching videos
  • Reading materials
  • Reflective journaling prompts
  • End-of-module quizzes to help consolidate and assess understanding
  • Sequential Progress only upon successful completion of each module quiz

Weekly Group Sessions

In addition to self-paced learning, you’re invited to a:

  • Weekly 2-Hour Online Group Session
  • Held via Zoom
  • Facilitated by trained Living Wholeness practitioners
  • Includes guided discussion, Q&A, skills practice, and prayer
  • Safe, confidential space for processing and community

Session times and links will be posted in the course calendar and emailed weekly.

Instructions

  • Before beginning, download and print the workbook to take notes, and access the PowerPoint slides for reference.
  • The course is self-paced, designed for you to complete each week before the group session.
  • Complete the end-of-module quiz before moving on
  • Engage deeply—pause often to reflect, pray, and process
  • Plan 2–3 hours weekly for module content, plus the live group session
  • To receive your certificate of completion, you must complete 100% of the course.
